It’s day 3 of our MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR
Yuki is all ready up and getting the FIRE going
and I’m still snoring Zzz Zzz Zzz
She gives me bit of a kick and wake up call about half 7ish
Not much to do but pack up camp and take off around 9ish
We are still on the 90 mile straight when we spot a sign saying CAIGUNA BLOW HOLE
What the heck might as well have a look
Pull off the highway spot couple of signs and start following a dirt track 5 maybe 6 Km
and couple of Bull dust holes almost get bogged...
I’m starting to get nervous thinking where are we going and where are these damn blow hole
Finally we reach end of track and no Blowhole
WHAT the heck is going on
Turn around and head back to highway 14 Km away
Stop at signs and they give brief detail about Blow hole and how they work
IM mumble mumble WHERE ARE THEY...
and Yuki says look over here
Mumble Mumble there about 2 meters away from sign Mumble Mumble
WORTH WHILE A STOP AND LOOK
Half hour down road and we finally reach end of 90 MILE YerHar
COOL we are getting close to MANDURA PASS something to look at
but dead flat country side
Stop for fuel and pay $1.47 per litre Damn things are expensive out here on the NULLARBOR...
Stop for lunch at EUCLA
Yuki spots a stature of a WHALE and she gets very HUNGER Ha-Ha...
We eat all the fruit and veg because of Quarantines on the state border
Bugger they have moved EAST bond to CEDUNA
and do all west bond at W.A./S.A. border Bit silly I reckon
Have a couple off Happy Terroristic Touristy stops along the Great Australian Bight...
When we meet a JAP guy called BLUE that’s WALKING from ADELAIDE to PERTH...
SHIT it has taken him about 6 weeks pushing a trolley and he's only about half way
GOOD ON YA BLUE HOPE YA MAKE IT
Haven’t seen any road kill since the boarder so we push on till after dark a
nd stop at a place called PENONG where we set up camp just outside of town
YUKI the FIRE BUG is off looking for wood when there’s another 1 of her SCREAMS
