Paddock Trip Day 12
G’day Happy Campers
We have a great laugh this morning
watching Mum & Dad walk past the teddy bears in the morning
and not noticing they where there, while we loaded the car.
Getting ready for our departure);
Yuki has her last breakfast of my mum’s secret recipe Porridge. Yum Yum.
The car is final loaded and we take off and get some more supplies
before we go back home to say hello to my other brother Douglas is going to be home over the weekend.
I have a cup of coffee with soy milk... Yuck. DO NOT TRY. Yuck!
With all our farewells done and spoken we take off for Kerang.
This is where I was born and about 60-70 Km away from where I was brought up as a little Rug Rat (baby-8yr)
During our travels YUKI need to use the toilet,
so I found an old Aussie style bush toilet (Loo, outhouse) for her Ha-Ha.
It was a bit of a shock for YUKI just a normal toilet outside with a big hole under the seat.
No running water. Ha-Ha
We visit the primary school I went to then cross the border into New South Wales (NSW)
and go out to the farm where I grew up as a kid.
With what I thought was plenty of time to spare we drive past my Uncles dairy farm back in VIC.
Guess who got bogged... Pick Me...
I was looking at the dirt road and thinking this is a bad idea and sure enough it was.
O well a bit of a walk to stretch the legs to find some HELP and get a tow out wouldn’t heart us.
About 2 hours later 3 different farms us final get some help...
its part of the adventure Ha-Ha....
We high tail it for Kerang and the sun is well and truly gone down by now.
Find a caravan park in town and I had a lot of explaining to do about being covered in mud.
They let us stay the night and it was damn FREEZING
we kept blowing the fuse on the van cause we had to much turned on at once trying to keep warm..
Any way its time for a cuddle and SWeeT DreaMS
